Jamie Mason and Sam Niebylski have won the coveted Alltruck Employee of the Month award for January.
This follows stellar work at the Loughborough depot, including starting shifts earlier to ensure all work is completed to deadlines and helping out other departments.
It is this commitment that saw the pair see of stiff competition for the prize with 14 separate nominations sent in for the January prize.
Trevor Smith, Nottingham Workshop Manager, nominated the pair, “for their hard work and commitment in getting 14 pre-delivery inspections’ (PDI’s) and 10 rental “ready to rent” inspections done. These were carried out over the weekend and before their shifts started throughout the week, showing their true Alltruck values of being committed, caring and passionate in their work!
“When the workshops are up against it we can rely on these two to get the job done! This will help all departments in the company, VIPS, Rental, Sales and Alltruck2 and ultimately help towards the 2020 vision!”
Trevor added that the pairs hard work lifted the pressure off the Nottingham Workshop and the Technicians really appreciated their help.
Jamie and Sam have over 20 years’ experience working at Alltruck between them and are renowned for putting the company first.
Managing Director, Paul Robinson added: “High performance requires individuals to work together for a common goal, and when this is recognised by another individual from a different depot it is a sign that we are truly moving in the right direction. Jamie Mason and Sam Niebylski, you guys are our high performing duo for January.”
As always, the winners receive £250 to donate to charity. Jamie and Sam have decided to donate the money to Help for Heroes as it a charity close to their hearts with Sam previously serving in the army.
Regular reward recipients, this marks the second victory for both of them in the last 12 months. Jamie won Employee of the Month in May for his willingness to pass his knowledge onto newer colleagues and Sam won the prize in February for excellent feedback from a happy customer.
