Hannah is our accounts apprentice and works in our Croft office. She has been in the business for 19 months and has received some amazing praise from her colleagues which has led to her being named Employee of the Month as decided by our Board of Directors.
Nominated by two of her colleagues for employee of the month in July, Hannah was thanked for her willingness to help and her ability to step-up to a challenge that is outside of her day-to-day role. She received praise for her curiosity and willingness to learn, qualities that Alltruck encourages all members of staff to adopt.
Hannah is working closely with other teams to champion the smooth implementation of a new system into the business. She has been highly involved in making sure the new system integrates seamlessly and has the functionality that the business needs. Her work on this project was highlighted on both of her nominations.
Hannah has been named as a vital member of her team, willingly taking extra calls for her department as well as the wider business, helping her colleagues through busy periods and offering to help where she can.
Winners of the Alltruck Employee of the Month scheme receive £250 to donate to a charity of their choice, this month Hannah has selected Keep The Beat which supports people affected by Congenital Heart defects. Hannah is very close to the charity and has seen first-hand the amazing work they do for people and the positive impact they have on peoples’ lives.
