We were absolutely thrilled to be announced as Leicestershire Cares ‘Company of the Year’ for a second year running, at last month’s awards ceremony held at City Hall in Leicester.
Over the last 12 months, in partnership with Leicestershire Cares, our employees have thrown themselves into supporting some fantastic community causes including two team events, raising £500 during “Collect for Christmas” and hosting 13 work placements across our three depots (three of which have led to full time job offers).
Our HR Manager Janine said, “We love the work that we do for the community and we are incredibly proud of everyone involved. Over the year we have grown the number of employee volunteers and we look forward to offering even more support to the great work of Leicestershire Cares”.
