Alltruck’s Senior Fleet Controller is cycling from London to Paris to fundraise the British Heart Foundation

Senior Fleet Controller, Daniel Valentine, is embarking on a 307-mile bike ride from Croydon to Paris to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

On September 12, Dan will begin his cycling journey in Croydon before cycling over 300 miles to (hopefully) reach Paris on September 16.

It will test every ounce of his willpower, determination and stamina and he will no doubt use the Alltruck values to see him through.

Alltruck plc are sponsoring Dan in his event and we will be providing updates on his gruelling training so that you can keep track of how he gets on.

In memory of his Grandfather, who passed away in 2003, Daniel has chosen to fundraise for the British Heart Foundation, a charity that is involved with pioneering treatments and medicines to help extend the life of heart failure patients.

Coronary heart disease remains the UK’s single biggest killer, but with the help of donations and support to fund life-saving research, the British Heart Foundation’s goal is to help keep more families together.

Daniel is aiming to juggle his role in the public sector of Alltruck, with his extensive training, as he aims to raise as much money as possible for a charity so close to his heart.

We wish Dan the best of luck over the next three months with his training journey and we look forward to bringing you the updates!
