Following the initial supply of 14 ambulances, we swiftly responded to our customer’s urgent requirements by delivering a second batch of 10 patient transport vehicles tailored specifically to NHS specifications. Despite a brief hiatus, we leveraged our robust vehicle availability to reignite a seamless partnership with the NHS Trust customers.
Our team’s dedication to achieving high standards for our customers and fostering fantastic teamwork remained unwavering, even when we encountered setbacks with our suppliers. In a stroke of resourcefulness, we converted seated vehicles into fully equipped NHS-spec stretcher ambulances to meet the urgent demand. Despite facing a challenging timeline, heavy rainfall, and flooding on the delivery date, our team rose to the occasion.
We swiftly removed seats, fitted locks into tracking, and installed stretchers with impeccable precision. Rigorous checks using the CheckedSafe system ensured that every vehicle met the highest standards. Despite the floods on delivery day, we were confident that the vehicles were ready to serve the community, showcasing our unwavering dedication.
