Through Leicestershire Cares we are supporting those in need throughout the county and building a stronger community.
We have never thought of our business as separate from the community in which we all live and work. We have been passionate about building a people-centred business, helping our employees to be the very best they can be. It seems natural to extend this commitment to the wider community, doing all we can to ensure those facing additional challenges and obstacles can achieve their full potential.
Alongside our work with Leicestershire Cares, we have been heavily involved with Nottingham Rugby for several years. We currently supply the Nottingham Rugby team with a bespoke liveried Sprinter panel van to help support their training and match day preparation. Whilst being involved with the senior rugby team we also sponsor the Nottingham Rugby Academy, helping to continually develop grass roots rugby in our community.
The Alltruck community matters too. With our Employee of the Month Award scheme and Annual Awards Ceremony we ensure the great achievements of our people are always recognised. Outside of work, there is a great culture of external social activities and family fun days out because we understand the importance of friends and family within our own community.
