We do not operate through a call centre, so you will be talking to a member of our dedicated Fleet team.
Their objective is to get you back on the road as soon as possible.
All of our Fleet Controllers have experienced mechanical backgrounds giving them the technical qualifications to enable them to provide an over the phone diagnosis to help get you back on your way as soon as possible.
We understand the frustrations of having to wait on the side of the road for breakdown assistance, that is why we have an average breakdown attendance time of 62 minutes to minimise your vehicle’s down time.
