passion for supporting those in need.
Since 2012, Alltruck has been in partnership with Leicestershire
Cares. Every year, through Leicestershire Cares, we run a Collect
for Christmas campaign. Everyone from across all three depots
comes together to raise money, but importantly to have fun
doing it.
Last year, Collect for Christmas saw Alltruck raise in excess of
£1000. Collect for Christmas is only a small part of our work with
Leicestershire Cares. Alltruck people have involved themselves
in a range of projects, from helping to clean the canal, to training
young children with interview techniques in schools.
Furthermore, our Employee of the Month award scheme sees
a total of £3000 donated to twelve different charities per year,
chosen by our monthly winners.
Our passion for our community does not stop there. Our work
with The Wire Project, which helps ex-offenders return to work,
has seen 23 people benefit from work placements at Alltruck.
