Adam Stanton spent a day with a Monarch
driver assisting with several deliveries
and seeing exactly how the vehicles we
supplied were being utilised. It soon
became evident that the vans Monarch
were using were not fit for purpose
in terms of providing driver comfort.
Drawing on his experience, Adam made
suggestions and recommendations,
and new vehicles were soon
put in place.
Driver happiness is a core pillar of
Alltruck’s strategic themes and it was
fantastic that Adam’s experiences helped
to provide a more comfortable working
environment for our customer’s drivers to
work in.
Adam not only identified a specific area for
change, but he also saw how our customers
interact with their customers. Adam said he was
blown away by the level of customer service the
driver demonstrated at each drop off. Upon reflection,
Adam stated that it was a fantastic opportunity which has
not only benefited Monarch but his own development too.
