The Vehicle Movements Coordinator role sits at the heart of everything we do here at Alltruck. Your role will be to manage multiple vehicle movements daily whilst providing the best possible customer experience to our clients and colleagues (Alltruckers) alike. Our yard at Loughborough is a hive of activity. We have our own driving team returning, collecting MOTs, and delivering rental on and off hires whilst also covering the delivery of any replacement vehicles to our customers. On top of this, we have companies bringing trucks in for servicing, MOTs, repairs, and maintenance work.
We hold the rental fleet at our rental division in Leicester currently used for spot rental, mid to long-term rental and replacement vehicles for our contract hire vehicles and truck rental fleet. Over 1,000 vehicles and 40 trailers are being managed daily. You will be working closely with our MOT Coordinator to achieve our monthly MOT target. The final chapter is to manage our own driving team daily.
The challenge is to ensure that the Loughborough yard is kept clean, tidy, safe and most of all productive. Ensuring that all customers requiring a vehicle receive it when we say they will, keeping promises to both our internal and external customers. To ensure all vehicles that are on the MOT fleet and breakdown fleet are at a high standard of cleanliness. This is no mean feat – throw in the fact that some of the fleet is held offsite makes it even more of a challenge!

The working hours are Monday to Friday 6:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break (45 hours per week).
Participation would be required in the rota systems for Saturdays.
