The Challenge:

The Marketing Manager at Alltruck will be responsible for working alongside the Board of directors to support, manage and influence the marketing strategy across the business, helping to bring the strategy to life.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage all marketing activities in line with sales and operations activities, including:
  • Generating new leads in line with the ICP (ideal customer profile) and support the sales team during the sales process to increase conversion rates.
  • Keep in touch with existing clients utilising the 60:30:10 model and relevant email campaigns
  • Develop and ensure we send appropriate communication to our client base during the onboarding process.
  • Managing the design and production of the website in line with the Employer Brand and product offering to enable us to attract new talent and clients to Alltruck plc.
  • To manage and oversee all marketing campaigns to support:
  • HR to build an EVP in line with our employer brand to attract, engage and retain employees.
  • The Head of Sales with lead generation, customer retention and customer onboarding
  • Alltruck 2 with the end-of-life vehicle sale to end users
  • Alltruck zero, working alongside the board to further develop the Alltruck zero brand using social media platforms
  • Manage the use of social media to reinforce Alltruck’s employer brand, service offerings and position as partner of choice in the industry
  • Provide marketing material / messaging to all Alltruck employees to ensure that Alltruck’s brand is consistent throughout.
  • Support the Marketing Executive to creating engaging and creative content (including video, graphic design, social media, blogs and e-mail marketing) that will help generate quality leads throughout the sales and marketing cycle.
  • Support the Marketing Executive measuring and analysing the success of digital campaigns including PPC and SEO
  • Use and develop the CRM system effectively to increase efficiency and accuracy of reporting ensuring processes are streamlined and where possible, automated.
  • Have experience with managing and negotiating with third party vendors to support with the overall strategy

To succeed, you will need:

• University degree

• Passion for sustainability

• Experience using PhotoShop or equivalent

• Video editing experience

• Experience using Hootsuite or other social media management platforms

• Analytical skills

• Likes and enjoys learning and developing self

• Investigative, a self-starter who proposes solutions

• Creative and thinks outside the box, driven to make a difference

• Ability to see the bigger picture

• Critical thinking, reviewing outcomes

You’ll really hit the ground running if you have:

· Graphic Design experience

· Hubspot experience

· Experience with WordPress

· Knowledge of MailChimp or other e-mail marketing platform

· Ability to understand how new ideas relate to a topic or concept

Additional details:

This is a full-time permanent role; the hours are 40 per week with a 60 minute unpaid lunch break.
