March was a busy month here at Alltruck with arguably the most important day on the Alltruck calendar: The Alltruck Awards Night. On March 22nd 2018, guests entered Winstanley House, which had been turned into an Alltruck paradise. A brand new tractor unit was placed outside the doors, the room was filled with fantastic pink lights and the Alltruck giant ball made a famous reappearance.
For many, the Alltruck Awards Night was a evening of fun and laughter, but for Helen it was an accumulation of months of hard work, planning and going through the tiny details to make sure everyone had the best night possible. From sourcing the venue and liaising with sponsors, to the fantastic candelabra centerpieces and decorative menus, Helen had thought of everything to make the night run smoothly, even arranging to have giant pink balloons tied to the gates outside to ensure that everyone could easily find the slightly hidden venue! Helen’s work behind the scenes did not go unnoticed by everyone at Alltruck.
Helen has decided to donate her £250 reward to Kidney Research UK, a leading charity committed to developing treatments, patient information and raising vital public awareness to help save lives.
