The workshop team have had a busy couple of months and have all worked exceptionally hard to achieve their targets but Sam stood out in particular by going above and beyond the call of duty.
Sam has ensured that all the vehicles were turned around efficiently and to an exceptionally high standard, as well as dropping everything to help out on the MOT lane, ensuring it was utilised. His manager, Andrew Fletcher, said:
“Nothing is ever too much for Sam, he has come in early most days to help out and clear the back log of work… Nothing is ever too much hassle and he smiles throughout, even on the busy days.”
Sam also received excellent feedback from a customer whom Sam carried out a breakdown for, thanking him for his quick work and help.
As winner of Employee of the Month, Sam receives £250 to donate to a charity of his choice. Sam has decided to donate his money to Nottingham Hospitals Charity – Tiny Baby Appeal.
